SAMPLE MEAL PLAN

Morning health shot – ½ squeezed lemon, 2 tbsp Bragg apple cider vinegar, 1 scoop green vibrance 

Meal 1 – 5.5oz Ground beef (93/7) or lean steak and 2 whole eggs, 1/2 cup broccoli 

1 Fish oil, 1 Vitamin C, 1 Vitamin D3

Meal 2 – 6.5oz salmon, 1 cup spinach, 150g sweet potato

Meal 3 (Pre-workout) – 6.5oz chicken and 200g white rice

Post workout shake – 50g whey protein isolate, 5g Creatine 

Meal 4 (Post workout meal) – 6.5oz chicken and 200g white rice
