Your coach will review your application and get in touch with you. Expect a customized meal plan with exercises to be sent to you asap! In the mean time let’s walk you through the “Check in” process.
HOW TO CHECK IN
Every Sunday by 1PM EST you will send three pictures to your coach. The pictures will be in the 3 positions shown below.
Front relaxed
Side with arms straight in front
Back relaxed
Please be sure to send complete body picture including legs. It is preferable to wear an under garment or undergarment + bra (ladies).

ADDITIONAL CHECK IN INSTRUCTIONS
In addition to the 3 pictures shown above. You will weigh yourself daily and keep a log along with your cardio, muscle group exercised, and current meal plan for the week. See example below along with pictures of what the messages to your coach should look like every Sunday.
